Обычно Юнити при сборке для Андроида ругается на не англ. буквы в пути.

Ну так тут об этом четко и не написано в ошибке )
Юнити обычно предупреждает именно об этом, но тут этого предупреждения нет, может оно только на путь к проекту реагирует.

Да и в целом к 2020 году разработчики градла (или что там от таких имен падает) могли бы избавиться от подобных проблем, везде ж давно юникод )
